3D models / digital twins are not always loading correctly, this is a known Matterport issue (not a TrueTour issue).
There is a known workaround: to refresh the browser.
We are actively working with Matterport to resolve this issue.
This issue does not affect the performance of the TrueTour platform, 360° images, videos, or other assets within customer's platforms (such as websites and PDFs).
We will publish an update here once this issue has been resolved by Matterport.
